We are extremely proud to announce that Tabley House Nursing Home has recently been rated the top care home in Cheshire on the care search and review website, carehome.co.uk. The website lists 243 care homes in the Cheshire area.
On Saturday 10th June the team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home were delighted to attend the Caterham Carnival. The Caterham-based nursing home were also the main sponsors for this year's event.
Paul Gibbon, Maintenance Manager at Tabley House Nursing Home, was recently presented with a long service award after celebrating 30 years since he first started working at the home.
Last weekend it was the Epsom Derby and in the run up to the event the residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home got involved in a number of horse themed activities including a visit from some Shetland ponies.
Residents have been enjoying a fortnightly fitness morning with Holly. The classes are mood-boosting and promote overall mental and physical well-being. They also encourage residents to express themselves through movement.
This week is the Cannes Film Festival and so to celebrate the movies Tupwood Gate Nursing Home were delighted to welcome singer Grace to entertain the residents with songs from the silver screen.
