The residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home have been very busy preparing for Christmas, being creative and making decorations through November, and our Advent calendar is ready for the 1st December.
Residents at Tabley House Nursing Home recently enjoyed a fabulous evening of cheese and wine.
Staff and residents were delighted to welcome the Canute Male Choir to the home for a Remembrance Day service. Many of Tabley’s residents lived through the Second World War, and some even fought for our country, thus Remembrance Day is an extremely important time of year.
Tupwood Gate have been busy creating poppies this week for their remembrance day display. Each poppy was made and decorated by the residents, many of whom fought or lost loved ones during the second world war.
Tupwood Gate Nursing Home held their Bonfire Night celebrations a little early this year. Last night residents were invited to a cocktail dinner with a fireworks display.
