World Music Day at Tupwood Gate
On Wednesday, it was World Music Day and Tupwood Gate celebrated with a Mexican theme. Thank you to Xavier, who played some very lively Mariachi music! The Residents enjoyed playing along with maracas and tambourines.

On Saturday 10th June the team at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home were delighted to attend the Caterham Carnival. The Caterham-based nursing home were also the main sponsors for this year's event.

Last weekend it was the Epsom Derby and in the run up to the event the residents at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home got involved in a number of horse themed activities including a visit from some Shetland ponies.
Fortnightly Fitness Morning at Tupwood Gate
Residents have been enjoying a fortnightly fitness morning with Holly. The classes are mood-boosting and promote overall mental and physical well-being. They also encourage residents to express themselves through movement.
